Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit dreimusic.com, buy or use Harmony Blueprint, or join the email list, and how it is used. "We", "us" and "Drei Music" mean Andrei Savu, who operates Drei Music and Harmony Blueprint. If you have any questions, email contact@dreimusic.com.

Information we collect

When you buy. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record. Dodo collects your payment details, name, email address and billing country. We do not see or store your card details. We receive your name, email address, order details and license key so we can deliver your purchase and support you.
When you join the free guides list. We collect your email address. You confirm it through a confirmation email before anything is sent to you.
When you activate Harmony Blueprint. Your license key and the name of the device you activate on (for example your computer's name and operating system) are sent to Dodo Payments so we can enforce the three-device limit. The plugin also checks a public file on our website to see whether a newer version exists.
When you contact us. We keep the emails you send us and our replies so we can help you.
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use the tools described below.

Tools we use

Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and stores only anonymized visit data, such as which pages are viewed, the country, browser and device type, and the website the visitor came from.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel to measure how people use our site and to show and measure our ads. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as pages viewed, starting checkout, completing a purchase and signing up for the free guides. We may also send Meta purchase information, such as the order value and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, so Meta can match a purchase to an ad. You can control how Meta uses your information in your Meta ad settings, and you can block the Pixel with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker.
Kit sends our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Dodo Payments processes payments and licenses, as described above.

How we use your information

To process your order, deliver Harmony Blueprint and manage your license.
To provide support and answer your questions.
To send you the guides or updates you asked for, and occasional news about Harmony Blueprint. You can opt out at any time.
To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
To keep records we are required to keep, for example for tax and accounting, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers named above (Dodo Payments, Vercel, Kit and Meta) so they can provide their services, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. These providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep order and license records for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet legal and accounting requirements. We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept as long as they are useful for helping you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email contact@dreimusic.com and we will respond as soon as we can. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time and manage cookies in your browser.

Children

Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
